Our Show Book Navigators are created to be more than your average ad book. Resources, tips and valuable articles will be included to ensure that it is kept by participants.
Once HJP receives payment for your sponsorship, booth or ad, you will receive directions for uploading your artwork for the Show Book Navigator.
Ad Submission Guidelines (For best quality results)
- All art (photos, logos, etc.) submitted MUST be in good condition (electronic or camera-ready.)
- All photos MUST be of high quality (35 mm, 4 mega-pixel or higher). No Polaroids or cellphone camera (fuzzy) images please.
- All copy(text) MUST be edited, finalized and in Word or text format. Additional fees will be added if editing is needed.
- We will accept ads in the following electronic formats - eps, jpg, pdf, or tif.
- Photo retouching or ‘cleaning up’ any images or photos will require an additional cost.
- If you do not have electronic formats of your ads, we will be happy to convert your hard-copy ads at an additional cost.
- We do not guarantee inclusion in the Navigators if art is submitted after the deadline.
